The actual duration of the contract depends on the selected billing period for the account (either 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Regardless of the chosen contract period you can up or downgrade to a different mail hosting plan at any time. In this case all charges will be pro-rated exactly to date. You can cancel services at any time within the current service period. If no cancellation occurs before the last day of your billing period, your services are automatically renewed for the number of months of your current service period. In addition to the monthly plan we charge an annual domain fee if the domain name is registered with us. Mail hosting plans operate solely with the emerion servers.
