1. How is my Shop accessible?
Your eShop can be accessed via a URL that will be sent to you after completing your order. You can embed this link into your existing website or link it with a webiste hosted by emerion.
2. How do I connect my Shop with a domain?
If the domain is hosted by emerion you can link the domain with your shop directly in your ControlPanel. Please note that your domain can not be connected to any web space; it has to be a parked domain. For domains that already use web, you can link your shop only to subdomains.
3. Can I switch to a different eShop?
An upgrade to a bigger plan is possible; charges are pro-rated. A downgrade to a smaller shop is not possible.
4. How can I cancel my eShop?
In order to cancel your shop we need a written, and signed cancellation request. Your cancellation will take place by the end of the current service period.
