The following terms and conditions apply for all displayed web hosting plans: An order ony includes basic services. Additional services may be purchased in your Control Panel. The minimum service term is three months. The actual duration of the contract depends on the selected billing period for the account (either 3, 6 or 12 months). Regardless of the chosen contract period you can up or downgrade to a different web hosting plan (excluding WordPress and Joomla Hosting) at any time. In this case all charges will be pro-rated exactly to date. When changing to the plans Webhosting Silver or Webhosting Gold we charge a setup fee. To perform an upgrade or downgrade the services of the current plan must be adjusted to the new plan. You can cancel services at any time within the current service period. If no cancelation occurs before the last day of your billing period, your services are automatically extended for the number of months of your current service period. In addition to the monthly plan we charge an anual domain fee. Web hosting plans operate solely with the emerion web server. However, entry of your own mail server or IP-based subdomains is possible.

The following services can be added with a pro-rated charge: e-mail address € 0.29 each, € 0.06 per 100 MB disk space, FTP account € 0.10 each, MySQL database, € 0, 22 each. If more traffic is used than included in your plan the additional traffic will be charged with € 2.34 per 1 GB. The dispatch of an e-mail address is limited to 1,000 recipients per day and 10,000 recipients per month. Each e-mail address comes with 2 GB disk space.

All prices quoted are monthly fees and include a 20% sales tax.
